When I was interveiwd, i saw myself as interviewee, and i don't think it's pleasant experience, because i was on the passive position. i generally don't enjoy the feeling which i have no control or waiting for the call without anything that i can do. But interview is the thing that you must do before you get a job, a job is the thing which is necessary for you to participate in the society. So, even if it is a " must", why shouldn't i enjoy it? It sounds ridiculous, but truly, it is the best way for you to get a job. there is old saying says , if you can't change it ,why don't you enjoy it. Easier said than done, but you must try, make yourself in the positive position. It is all about the attitude. I mean maybe from the appearance, it doesn't change much, but from the underneath, you are making a change, you are turning from a disadvantage position to an advantage position. It is not a battle but rather than a battle. anyhow, it is still the interviewer's call whether they want you or not, but it is your call to convince them that you are a great asset that they can't miss and that they will regret once they miss.
